- Fabric flaws or material defects present upon delivery

- Items damaged during shipping or delivery
If your product qualifies under this warranty, Bellaveyn will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to damage or issues resulting from normal use or improper handling, including:
- Natural wear and tear after regular use
- Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, bleaching, or ironing
- Color fading, shrinking, or fabric pilling after repeated use
- Stains caused by food, cosmetics, ink, or other external substances
- Accidental tears, cuts, pulled threads, or punctures
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or product modifications
- Items returned with excessive wear, odors, or visible misuse
- Products clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable where applicable
These situations are considered normal usage or customer-related damage and are not covered by the warranty.
3. How to Submit a Warranty Request

- Clear photographs or a short video showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Our support team will carefully review your request and typically respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. Available Warranty Solutions
Once your claim has been approved, Bellaveyn may offer one of the following remedies:
- A free replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)
- A full refund issued to your original payment method
- Store credit that can be used toward a future purchase
If the warranty claim is approved, any shipping costs related to the replacement will be covered by Bellaveyn.
5. Warranty Claim Deadline
Warranty requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Claims received after this period may no longer qualify for warranty coverage.
